Registration & Exhibitors

Registrations open at 8:30am. Please allow plenty of time to register and find your seat. The conference starts promptly at 10am.

Please note,  there is a high number of attendees, anyone arriving after 9:45am, may miss the beginning of the conference, due to queues. We highly recommend arriving early to allow you to enjoy the full day and not miss any presentations.

Should you arrive late, please check in at the registration table and quietly find your seat. If no one is at the registration tables, please ask for assistance from one of our Ninjas (staff members) wearing a red vest.

Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on a digital device.

Along with the amazing line-up of speakers, we also have a range of exhibitors offering resources, items, and services, that may be of use to you or the one you support.

Workbook and Certificates

If you pre-purchased your Workbook & Guide by ordering a Workbook ticket, you will be able to collect this at the Workbook desk after you arrive. If you didnt pre-purchase a workbook, there will be a small amount available for purchase on the day for $25, however these will sell out quickly so please arrive early to make sure you are able to get one. These contain information and strategies as well as places to write notes and information on the speakers.

Certificates and slides will be emailed after the event.

Food and drinks

There is a cafe on site as well as food and drink options in nearby. However, we do recommend bringing a packed lunch to save time for you so you don’t have to go searching or wait for food to be made. Lunch break is 45 Minutes, and this can go very quickly when going to find food options.

There will be tea and coffee available to purchase on the day.
