Caroline Kennedy is a naturopath with a 4-year Health Sciences degree, whose life took
a transformative turn in 2022 with a late-life diagnosis of autism and ADHD. This
profoundly reshaped her understanding of herself and how she relates to the world

She began postgraduate studies in Neuroscience at the University of New England February 2025.
As the mother of two teenage boys on opposite sides of the spectrum, Caroline has
deep empathy to the struggles faced by neurodivergent individuals and their families.
She challenges the conventional view of autism and ADHD, advocating for it to be seen
not as disorders but as unique adaptations in human neurological development. In her
clinical practice, she focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals improve their
quality of life by addressing issues related to mental and emotional regulation using
nutraceuticals, lifestyle, dietary improvements and herbal applications.
Caroline’s practice is inclusive, welcoming people from all walks of life, and she enjoys
working with other neurodivergent persons.
She emphasizes that neurodivergent individuals communicate effectively in their own unique way and are very well
understood by each other. Viewing herself as a general practitioner who happens to be
