Understanding Dopamine & ADHD

Xena Jones is the host of the Navigating Adult ADHD Podcast, an ADHD Coach and Specialist, Neurodiversity Advocate, and self-proclaimed Crazy Cat Lady. Diagnosed with ADHD at age 36, Xena discovered that understanding her ADHD brain was key to thriving. Since becoming a certified Life Coach in 2016, she has passionately coached and supported adults with ADHD, integrating psychology-based models like DBT and CBT with skills in emotional regulation and dopamine management to empower her clients.

Beyond coaching, Xena is committed to raising awareness about ADHD through regular community talks, hosting online trainings, collaborations with organisations, and her podcast, Navigating Adult ADHD, which ranks in the top 5% globally.

Living in Papamoa Beach with her partner and co-parenting his three boys, one of whom has special needs and cognitive challenges, Xena also cares for their two cats. She holds qualifications in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing trainings to stay current with the latest ADHD research and education.
