Q: Where can I purchase tickets? 

CLICK HERE to select a location, you can then click the Book Now button below your chosen location which will guide you through the simple booking process.  

Q: Will I need to bring my tickets with me on the day? 

Yes, to enter the Seminar you will need to present your ticket. This can be either printed out or displayed on a mobile device. 

Q: Can I just turn up on the day and pay for my ticket then?

Possibly, however tickets are limited and all previous events have sold out so we highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. If there are still tickets available by the day itself, these will be available to purchase on the door.

 

Q: Are tickets refundable if I change my mind?

We are unable to refund tickets once they have been purchased. However, tickets are transferable and you are welcome to re-sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Please email our team at admin@myspiritedchild.com to update the booking for the new ticket holder. 

 

Q: Do you offer a discount for concession card holders?

We have deliberately made our ticket prices extremely affordable, therefore we are unable reduce ticket prices any further. However, if you do have an extreme circumstance that you would like us to consider, please contact us and we will try and help. 

Q: Do you allow free entry to companion card holders?

We may be able to offer discounted tickets for Companion Card holders, please email our admin team at admin@myspiritedchild.com and they will be able to assist you with this.

Q: Is there any food, tea or coffee included in the ticket price?

 We don’t provide food, so we recommend bringing food and drinks for lunch with you. Alternatively there may be onsite or nearby cafe options depending on the location.  Please check your individual location to see what nearby cafe facilities are available.

Q: Are there any childcare facilities at the Seminar?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare. 

Q: Can I bring my child into a Seminar with me?

Children under the age of 16years are not permitted into the seminar due to insurance purposes. It also often causes disruption to other attendees and is far too overwhelming for a child under this age. If you bring your child with you it is unlikely that you will be permitted entry. 

Q: Can I receive a professional development certificate for attending speaker presentations?

Yes, certificates of attendance will be emailed to all attendees after the event, please make sure you enter your email address clearly on your registration form so that there are no complications with us sending your certificate to you.

Q: What are the times for the Seminar?

All Seminars will run from 10am until 3pm. However, registration will be open from 9am. Please arrive with plenty of time to register and find a seat before the speakers begin as presentations will begin at 10am prompt.

Q: Do I need to be double Covid vaccinated to attend?

All seminar attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and volunteers, are required to follow all Federal, State, and venue mandated COVID-19 policies, including, but not limited to; mask wearing, social distancing, checking in, and vaccination.
