Frequently Asked Questions
A Conference for Parents, Carers, Educators, Professionals, Family and Friends and anyone with an interest or connection to a child, teen or adult with ADHD or suspected ADHD.
Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
CLICK HERE to book your conference entry tickets
Q: Do I have to pay extra to see speakers?
No, all speaker presentations are included within the price of your Conference entry.
Q: Will I need to bring my tickets with me on the day?
Yes, to enter the Conference you will need to present your ticket. This can be either printed out or displayed on a mobile device.
Q: Can I just turn up on the day and pay for my Conference entry then?
No, tickets are not available to purchase at the door. It should also be noted that all our ADHD Conferences to date have sold out in well before the Conference date, so we recommend purchasing tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Q: Are tickets refundable if I change my mind?
We are unable to refund tickets once they have been purchased. However, tickets are transferable and you are welcome to re-sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
Q: Do you offer a discount for concession card holders?
We have kept ticket prices as low as possible and are unable to offer discounts, however, if you would like to have free entry, please email us to enquire about being a Ninja (volunteer).
Q: Do you allow free entry to companion card holders?
Companion card holders may be eligible for a discounted ticket, please email our admin team at admin@myspiritedchild.com and they will be able to assist you.
Q: Is there any food included in the ticket price?
Food and drinks are NOT included so you may wish to bring food and drinks with you (to be consumed off site). There is also a cafe and bistro on site.
Q: Are there any childcare facilities at the Conference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare.
Q: Can I bring my child to the Conference with me?
Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted at the Conference as this is an adult only event. This is due in part to insurance requirements, also the content is aimed at adults and therefore can be inappropriate for children. We also are aware that sitting through such a big event may raise anxiety for a child and will be too much of an expectation on them.
Q: Can I receive a professional development certificate for attending?
Yes, certificates of attendance will be available for everyone who purchases a ticket.
Q: Has this event been held before?
This Conference was first held in Victoria in 2019, then again in Victoria as well as in Queensland in 2021, and we added Western Australia and South Australia in 2022. We are delighted to now be bringing this conference to Sydney for the New South Wales ADHD Conference.
Q: Will this event be cancelled if Covid restrictions become tighter?
Absolutely not, we will not cancel any event. We will simply postpone an event should we need to.
Q: What is your COVID safe plan for seminars and conferences?
You can find our COVID safe plan here. This is updated as required, and takes into consideration the latest announcements for each State and Territory.
Q: Do I have to be double vaccinated to attend a seminar or conference?
All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and volunteers, are required to follow all Federal, State, and venue COVID-19 mandates, including, but not limited to: mask wearing, social distancing, vaccination, and hand hygiene.
