ADHD in Late Diagnosed Women

 

Karise is a councilling Social Worker with lived ADHD experience and she is the Founder of Paths with Purpose – an Australian wide online councilling practice, dedicated to supporting ADHD and Audhd females.

With over twelve years of experience in trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming mental health practice, Karise brings a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and personal insight to her work.

As a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers Ethics Council and a Charles Sturt University Academic, she is passionat about being at the forefront of research and best practise for neurodivergence in women, in an authentic and compassionate way.

Karise’s passion for understanding and supporting the distinct needs of neurodivergent women drives her continuous professional development and advocacy efforts.

Karise will be presenting on understanding and addressing the challenges faced by late diagnosed ADHD women, particularly around perimenopause, PMDD, masking, perfectionism and burnout.
