Talk title: Small things matter
Sarah is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and fully registered teacher who works in private practice on the Gold Coast. She specialises in Neurodiversity especially in women and girls. Sarah provides therapy to children and assessments to children and adults.
Sarah is an AuDHD’er who has found her Ikigai in working with neurodivergent individuals. Sarah practices Neurodiversity affirming therapy and assessments helping neurodivergent people explore their unique profiles and thrive. Sarah uses a lot of Lego in her work and has an assistance dog names Hamilton who is the star of the show.
A practical session discussing small things that can make a big difference. It is often the small stuff that adds up and causes overwhelm. This session will look at the struggles an individual with ADHD may face on a day-to-day basis and then provide some very practical solutions to help ADHD’ers thrive.
