Tash Lunn
ADHD and The Nervous System
Tash is a recovering overachiever, former gifted child and late diagnosed ADHD.
Her, her husband and four kids are a cocktail of neurodivergence with ADHD and Autistic parents and a combination of ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD children (and a few PDA profiles thrown into the mix).
Professionally, Tash is an International Board Certified Consultant (The Boobala), coach, speaker and holds Undergraduate and Masters degrees in Osteopathy (non-practicing). Tash has expertise and lived experience with breastfeeding in neurodivergent people, and the role of the brain and nervous system in ADHD. Tash takes a neurodiverse affirming approach to clinical practice with the aim of dismantling internalised and externalised ableism her clients experience by better understanding their neurodivergence, identifying accomodations and implementing support in their lives.
