Meet Trudy Parkin, the passionate founder of ‘Thriving Minds Coaching.’ With over 25 years as a dedicated primary school teacher, Trudy has not only witnessed but personally experienced the challenges faced by kids with ADHD (or undiagnosed ADHD). Inspired by her own journey and driven by a deep desire to make a difference, she’s on a mission to rewrite the narrative around ADHD. Trudy‘s unique strength lies in her ability to host engaging workshops for fellow educators, equipping them with a deeper understanding of ADHD, practical tools, and strategies they can implement immediately.Her coaching approach during these workshops empowers educators to create clear, actionable plans that they are excited about.
