Frequently Asked Questions
A Conference for Parents, Carers, Educators, Professionals, Family and Friends and anyone with an interest in helping someone with an additional need, learning difficulty or behavioural challenge.
Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
CLICK HERE to book your conference entry tickets
Q: Do I have to pay extra to see speakers?
No, all speaker presentations are included within the price of your Conference entry.
Q: Will I need to bring my tickets with me on the day?
Yes, to enter the Conference you will need to present your ticket. This can be either printed out or displayed on a mobile device.
Q: Can I just turn up on the day and pay for my Conference entry then?
Possibly, however tickets are limited so we highly recommend purchasing your Conference entry ticket in advance as this event is expected to sell out. If there are still tickets available by the day itself, these will be available to purchase on the door, but as the previous Victorian ADHD Conference sold out we advise booking tickets online beforehand.
Q: Are tickets refundable if I change my mind?
We are unable to refund tickets once they have been purchased. However, tickets are transferable and you are welcome to re-sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
Q: Do you offer a discount for concession card holders?
We have made all non-professional tickets a reduced rate so there is no further concession discount.
Q: Do you allow free entry to companion card holders?
No, unfortunately as this is a neurodiversity event, there is the potential for all attendees to hold companion cards. We are delighted to be able to put on such a much needed community event. However, as we receive no outside funding we have to charge for tickets to cover costs. We do however allow companion card holders to purchase the reduced rate non-professional ticket. Please note: this ticket does not include a certificate of attendance.
Q: Is lunch included in the ticket price?
Lunch is NOT included so you may wish to bring food and drinks with you. Although there will be a cafe on site on the day providing a range of options for you to purchase if you’d like.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare.
Q: Can I bring my child to the Conference with me?

Q: Will this event be cancelled if coronavirus restrictions are still in place?
Absolutely not, we will not cancel any event. We will simply postpone should we need to. However, as the event is in April next year this allows plenty of time so that we hope we will by then be clear to run the event.
